Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mitra mobile application and associated services (the "Service") operated by Roarvia Private Limited ("Mitra AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- If acting on behalf of an organization, have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms
2. Description of Service
Mitra is an AI-powered sales partner designed for B2B sales professionals. The Service includes:
- AI prospect research and enrichment using publicly available professional data
- AI-generated outreach drafts for LinkedIn, email, and phone channels
- Intent signal detection and buying signal monitoring
- Chat-based AI sales assistant with personalized memory and context
- Outreach sequence management and tracking
- Push notifications for prospect activity and task reminders
The Service requires an active internet connection. AI features are powered by third-party language model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or phone number verification. Upon first authentication, a user profile is automatically created in our system.
3.2 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately at legal@mitraai.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Tiers

4.2 Billing
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay (for India) and Paddle (for international transactions)
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
4.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
4.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.
5. Free Trial
- All subscription tiers include a 14-day free trial
- No credit card is required to start a trial
- You have access to all features of your selected tier during the trial period
- The trial ends automatically after 14 days
- There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription — you must actively subscribe after the trial ends
6. Early Adopter Pricing
- The first 50 subscribers receive a 30% lifetime discount on their subscription ($125/$244/$489 per month)
- This discount applies for the lifetime of your continuous subscription
- If you cancel your subscription, the lifetime discount is forfeited unless you reactivate within 30 days
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful B2B sales purposes. You must NOT:
- Use the Service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of harassment
- Use the Service to contact individuals who have opted out of communications
- Violate any applicable law, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, safety features, or account restrictions imposed by the Service
- Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or extract data from LinkedIn or any other platform beyond the features provided by the Service
- Share, sell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Create false or misleading identities for the purpose of outreach
- Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of platforms you connect (including LinkedIn and email providers)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Acceptable Use policy.
8. LinkedIn Disclaimer
Mitra AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies
- Mitra provides AI-assisted draft generation and research — you must review all content and make the decision to send any outreach yourself
- Mitra implements account safety features including rate limits and activity monitoring, but these features are advisory and do not guarantee protection against LinkedIn account restrictions
- LinkedIn may change its terms of service, enforcement policies, or technical capabilities at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of certain Mitra features
- We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account, including restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses multiple AI language models to generate content and provide assistance.
- All AI-generated content — including research summaries, outreach drafts, prospect intelligence, signal analysis, and chat responses — is provided as suggestions only
- You must review all AI-generated content before using it in any professional context
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that does not reflect your intended tone or message
- The optimization and quality scoring features are internal tools for improving output quality and do not represent warranties of minimum quality
- You are solely responsible for any content you send to prospects, regardless of whether it was AI-generated
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including prospect lists, outreach drafts, call notes, chat messages, and business profile information. We do not claim ownership of your content.
10.2 Our Service
Mitra AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to the software, AI models (as used through third-party APIs), algorithms, user interface, branding, and all related intellectual property.
10.3 License Grant
By using the Service, you grant Mitra AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service. This includes:
- Processing your data through AI models to generate responses and drafts
- Storing your data to maintain your account and conversation history
- Using anonymized and aggregated data (from which you cannot be individually identified) to improve Service quality and develop new features
11. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or data corruption
- Business interruption
- LinkedIn or third-party platform account restrictions, suspensions, or bans
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Actions taken by prospects in response to outreach
- Unavailability of third-party service providers
12. Warranty Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- No uptime guarantee: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- No accuracy guarantee: We do not warrant that AI-generated content, prospect intelligence, match scores, or signal detection will be accurate, complete, or current
- No LinkedIn safety guarantee: We do not warrant that using the Service will not result in restrictions or actions against your LinkedIn account
- No results guarantee: We do not warrant that using the Service will result in any particular sales outcomes, reply rates, or business results
- No third-party guarantee: We do not warrant the continued availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service integrated with Mitra
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use policy
- You engage in activity that could harm other users, the Service, or third parties
- We are required to do so by law
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting legal@mitraai.app
- After the 30-day period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Any outstanding fees remain due and payable
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
- The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India
- The language of arbitration shall be English
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties
- Each party shall bear its own costs, with arbitration fees shared equally
14.3 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, reliability, or performance of any third-party service
- Changes to third-party service terms, pricing, or functionality that may affect the Service
- Data processing practices of third-party service providers beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy
You should review the terms of service and privacy policies of any platforms you connect to through the Service.
16. Rate Limits and Account Safety
- The Service implements rate limits and usage caps to protect the integrity of the platforms we interact with
- Rate limits are applied based on your subscription tier (50/200/500 prospect limits)
- A system-wide daily processing cap of 200 operations per user per day is enforced
- You must not attempt to circumvent, override, or manipulate these limits through any means
- We may adjust rate limits at any time to maintain platform safety and compliance
17. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email or in-app notification
- Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
- If a material change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your subscription without penalty before the change takes effect
18. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mitra AI regarding the Service.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
